How To Use It
- Pick the template that matches the cylinder bore size.
- Slip the template into the cylinder.
- Bolt it down using two cylinder head nuts and spacers.
- Trace the ports onto the cylinder.
- Port the cylinder to the traced lines.
It's recommend using Dykem on the cylinder, then using a scribe or pick to trace the template cleanly. Spray paint can be used in a pinch, but the clean up is more difficult. Higher performance porting templates will be available for purchase as finished prints only, not as STL downloads.
