Blaster Timing Marking Kit

A printable kit that lets you mark the flywheel and add timing marks to the engine so timing can be checked with a timing light.

How To Use It

  1. Bolt the timing marks to the motor with M6 bolts.
  2. Tap the arbor into the flywheel to secure it.
  3. Tap the alignment tool into the arbor so it sits square with the flywheel.
  4. Mark the flywheel while everything is aligned.
  5. Use a timing light to check timing against the new reference marks.
I recommend painting part of the flywheel first, then using a scribe or pick to scrape a perfectly straight, easy-to-see line through the paint.
