Stator Rewind Service

Send in your tired stator and get it rewound with proper high-temp magnet wire and insulation. Built to handle actual heat, vibration, and your habit of holding it wide open.

The CDI can’t save you if the stator is junk. This fixes the foundation first.

High-temp wire

What’s Involved

Old coils break down from heat, age, and vibration. Rewinding is about replacing that with something that actually wants to live at the RPM you’re using.

Process

  • Inspect stator core and coils
  • Remove old windings where required
  • Rewind with suitable high-temp magnet wire
  • Insulate and secure coils to handle vibration

What You Provide

  • Your stator assembly (clean as reasonably possible)
  • Machine model, year, and mods
  • Any symptoms you’re chasing (weak spark, drop-out, etc.)

Notes

  • Not every stator is a good candidate (cracked cores, etc.)
  • Turnaround time depends on season and workload
  • Best results when paired with a healthy CDI and wiring
