TORS & rev limiters (Blaster notes)

Blaster models used safety/limiter logic that can cause “won’t rev” symptoms.

Two common ones: TORS (Throttle Override System) and the parking brake rev limiter on some later years.

If the machine is stuck at a low RPM limit, verify these systems and their wiring first.

• Symptom: won’t rev / hits a low ceiling → check TORS and brake switch inputs.
• Loose/dirty connectors can trigger false limiter behavior.
• After changes, always verify the kill switch still works.
